My 10 yr old son broke his foot at a party June 16. We got there 3pish, they sent us away to come back 9am Sunday. We got there 8.45am, at 9.30 they told us to wait till midday for the standby person without a car to make a plan, or go to Linksfield. No planning, no compassion for my son who cried whole night ready to be helped next morning. Forced pay after hours fees up front. Disgusting.
