Dr. L le Roux at Medicross - pathetic and insulting

Dr. M le Rouw assisted me. What a dreadful experience !

I had to wait 2 hours before he attended to my cuts/swores that had to be cut open and drained, as he said the whole time I have to go and pay then suddenly he said I can pay afterwards as they didn't know what the amount would be. I later wondered if he was using something as he had 2 personalities in minutes.

He even called me a druggie that I couldn't believe and was so shocked and because I am a private patient he said "you don't have money to pay" although I have my own business and are able to pay for whatever to get rid of the severe pain.

I couldn't believe the things he said to me. Even the nurses couldn't believe it and apologized.

I would not recommend to go to Dr. M le Roux at Medicross Northmead Benoni.
