Dr. EO Francisco at Boksburg Medicross

On the 19th of July 2025 at approximately 13h30, my husband called Medicross Boksburg and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of "Bongani" and we explained our situation that our 17 year old daughter had developed a very bad allergic reaction on her face and we needed to see a GP. He informed us that there is only Dr. EO Francisco who is available and if we come before 14h30, we will be attended to. we rushed over and reached Boksburg Medicross at 14h05. There were 2 ladies at reception who then informed us that there is only one doctor being Dr. EO Francisco, and she currently has many patients waiting. I had asked her to please call and tell her that we will wait until she is done in order that we may get some kind of assistance but both the ladies said "NO" they are scared to ask her and that she will not be able to see my daughter. I was Furious as my child was in pain, i was totally astounded at the responses we received as we have been patients of Medicross BOKSBURG for the past 16 years. Had our Doctor been there (Dr Munga), he would have definitely seen to us irrespective of time. Her behavior as a "GP" was unacceptable. As a doctor you take an oath to help people in need, which she clearly does not stand by. I even approached the sisters in casualty asking for help and they refused to give me our GP Dr Munga's number. Just because you are a "DOCTOR" doesn't give you the treat people in need badly. I will never recommend Dr. EO Francisco to anyone.
