My boyfriend was vomiting blood and getting seizures. Mediclinic was too busy to help him and when I called medicross to ask them if they can ask the doctor to just have a look at him. They told me that they will not stay open later than 18:00 and they are fully booked and that I must make another plan. The receptionists are very rude and they put me on hold for about 15 minutes and when I called back they put the phone down twice in my ear.
