Doctors at Medicross do not respect for your time!

The doctors at Medicross Constantia Park, in Pretoria East, do not have any respect for your time and because of the size of the Medical Centre, they don’t seem to be to worried about the people they don’t get to!

I was at the Medical Centre 10:45 for my appointment that was booked for 11:00 in the morning. At 11:30 I asked what was going on and after a bit of a scramble on the reception staff’s part my doctor was reached and I was told that he will be with me shortly.

Another 20 min went by without any doctor. When I asked why they were wasting my time I was told that the doctors do not work for them but they (the reception staff) work for the doctors.

So here is to you Mr & Ms doctor of Medicross Medical Centre who do I complain to if the person I have a problem with is the person in charge? And secondly, if I was late or did not pitch for my appoint my account would be billed for your time so who do I send my invoice to for my time you the doctor wasted????
