DOCTOR WANT THE MONEY OR ELSE

I have a client who is applying for medical aid and was sent for a medical at Medicross Pinetown. When I asked to pick up the completed medicals I was told that they would only release them once Momentum had paid for the medicals. Momentum released the funds on the 18th and have confirmed this and yet Medicross still won't release the document until they see confirmation in their account! I can't believe that a medical group would compromise a patient's medical cover for a couple of hundred Rand! Their loyal patient needs cover on the 1st of January and they don't really care! I for one will recommend that my medical aid members do not use Medicross in future.
