Disturbed patient

I’ve never been so disgusted and disturbed in my entire life

I took my sick child to the Dr on Monday to which the Dr. advised should he not get better he should return. Today he was worse than Monday and upon my return the Dr. said I should make an appointment and return tomorrow which didn’t make sense as I had followed his instruction.

While waiting in the nursing cubicle for him to atleast get nebulised as his chest was closed up My son was crying because he wasn’t feeling alright and the nurse turned around and said we should be taken to reception because my child is making a noise and the “WHITE” customers are gonna complain ***!!!! Are we not paying customers?? Monument Medicross I am disgusted by the service which I received today ????????????

After rushing him to casualty he was diagnosed with pneumonia, this is just negligence and could have been avoided
