DISGUSTING SERVICE

<p>On June 30th 2016 we went in to Germiston Medicross, never ever have i been so disgusted with any staff. We phoned the prior day to arrange that we could come see the Dr at 8 the following day, just to get there at 7h45 and get treated poorly. Upon approaching the reception there was no good morning, then we told the staff we were there to see the Dr which she responded 'sorry Dr is in Theatre today' i then told her that we phoned the previous day and confirmed that Dr will be in, she then shrugged her shoulders and pull the most awefull face stating that it is not her problem!!!! Surely it could have been handled much better and a prior appointment could have been suggested? </p> <p>NEVER EVER will i recommend or go back to GERMISTON MEDICROSS >:/</p>
