Disgusting service

I would like to state at the outset this is not directed at the doctors of the Medicross but their *********** staff that run their admin and the nurses station. I called the Medicross as I needed to make an appointment to complete a medical. I was put through to the nurses station. 30 minutes later I was still listening to the same ****py music. I then put the phone down and tried the next afternoon. same result. I then decided to book an appointment with a doctor to get said medical done. So I called for an appointment and moved my meetings around etc. and fasted as per the usual instruction when doing cholesterol test. I arrived for the 8:15am appointment only to be told that the appointments have all been cancelled and did I not get a phone call to this affect. No apologies nothing.<br> <br> It seems that customer service is not a high priority to this lot. Just remember that without us customers who you so blatantly ignore / disrespect you will have no jobs!!<br> <br> <br>
