Disgusting service

Disgusting service and attitude from staff that has been going on for years. Have left numerous messages for the so called manager to call me back and nothing. They are in desperate need a jack up or they in deep trouble as so many people are sick of it and are wanting to leave. One would think the Doctors are aware of this and they should do something about it.
