Disgusting, disappointing, absolutely disgraceful service.

There are completely unhelpful , when you ask them for help they tell you to do it yourself or to go find someone else to do it for us. They treat their customers like trash. If I could give -000000 stars I would. We had to wait 3 hours with a broken knee and no one wanted to help because they were all too “busy”even though they were all on their phones, despite the pain we were in. Honestly disgraceful! You people need to pull up your socks and treat your patients like patients because that’s what we’re paying for! The reception is absolutely useless. I highly recommend NOT going to Medicross Randburg.

And to include when I tried to use the bathroom it was occupied with a swarm of flies… DISGUSTING I TELL YOU!
