Disgusted

I had the worst experience ever at the Medicross in Parow valley. I took my mom in to see the DR. and while waiting as myself and my husband have been there a long while we went and bought us something to eat. No where in the hospital does it say that no food is allowed. We both looked at the worst ********* under the sun by 2 nurses names are Sister Lana and Sister Santa. They wanted to know who we were waiting for and where my mother was in the sense that Im lying and Im sitting there for a place to eat. Myself and husband felt like we had just ****** something when all could have been said was that we cannot eat in the sitting area. In this day an age how can people treat another human being in that manner. I was so upset and will make sure that everyone I speak to is aware of the bad assistance you get at Medicross.
