Disappointing service from Medicross Pinetown

Very disappointed with the service from Medicross Pinetown went to see Dr Kok at Medicross Pinetown on the 17 August as I was battling with stomachache, bloating and gastric reflux I had previously seen him 2 weeks before for the gastric reflux issues and he gave me some medication but when I went back on the 17th he did not check me instead just said that I need to do blood tests and that the next day he would get results and inform me what the way forward is, it is now almost 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from Dr Kok after calling almost every day at Medicross and also complaining to the nursing staff to no avail and nothing has been done to date, is my health not important to them, utterly disappointed can except this from a government hospital or clinic not from Medicross Pinetown do not think I will be going there in future.
