Disappointed with Medicross Tokai administration

I have gone to Medicross Tokai for years - I called to make an appointment and spoke to Zeena Jacobs to see the wonderful Dr Chouler. She gave me an appointment to see him with my wife. We changed schedules and arrived for our appointment only to find out the Dr Chouler is on leave 😵💫
