Customer service with a hole

After a serve apsis last year November, I had to rush to Medicross Boksburg Northrand road dentist to help. Service was good had a root canal done, medical aid didn't pay for half and I had to pay R3000 out of my pocket, what saddens me is that 11 months later I'm sitting with a hole in my mouth, and they don't want to take responsibility after so much money I had to pop out money again. No communication was made about a crown that needed to be done, for so much money I would have expected a proper job or at least to fix it. Also, the lady I spoke to was so insensitive, for the prices they charge they should have better services and communication skills, especially when it comes to medical care.
