Complete lack of respect

October 20th, I went to Medicross Lambton for the first time to get my leg sorted out after an incident I had. I was sent to Dr. Brooks who made us sit in his office for 30 before attending to us. When he immediately walked in I told my friend that he was rude and we should leave and she stopped me. He asked me what happened, I told him and he did his examination on my knee. My phone rang and my friend went to take it outside and I apologised for my friends disturbance as it was the police. He sent me for x-rays. On my way there, standing at reception, he asked me again what happend and snapped at me in a clinic full of people, in front of the other medicross staff about how he doesn't get involved in anything that's gt to do with the police. How he's not crazy and wants nothing to do with me, screaming and shouting at me and the receptionist. I told her I wasn't there for a police report all I needed was for my knee to be sorted out. She tried speaking to him in his office and he went off at her again and closed his door in her face.<br> I hear he comes highly recommended at Medicross Lambton but he could have dealt with my situaton better. Explained in private and not embarrassed me
