I went to the Dr for a root canal and a crown to be made. The Crown fell out just a couple of weeks later. Phoned the receptionist to have it re fitted. I was informed there is money outstanding. They phoned for pre auth for the first auth but I was given the quote for the wrong tooth to be crowned. On return the correct tooth crown was ordered but I was never informed that the other crown would cost me R1600 out of my pocket as with the other pre auth that would have costed me just over R200 out of my pocket that I agreed to. Only after the crown was fitted was I informed. Now only a couple of months later the other filling she had done is damaged again. So I need to go back yet again. I am not happy about the quality of work that was Done on my teeth
