closing time

I went to medicross because I was sick. I got there at 17:07 and I was turned away. The reason is was that the doctor knocks off at 6pm and he had 5 patients to see. The door says they close at 6pm. I could only see 3 people to see the doctor. The gate and the door was open for anyone to come in. They could have closed the gate and no questions would have been asked. How bad can it get.
