Closed - inside operating hours

Saturday 19 November 2022 at 12:00AM I went to the Medicross Benoni with an ear infection. Upon arrival the trellidoors were closed but not locked, I entered the premises to be greeted by two ladies sitting at the reception, only to be told that the last appointments were at 11:30 and the doctors are not seeing any more patients

It clearly states on the board outside that operating hours are until 13:30, when I advised them of this they responded that they closed the doors and therefore the doctors will not be seeing anyone else

This is extremely poor service from a medical healthcare centre that is there for the purpose of service to patients

If indeed the operating hours are then until 11:30, then the board outside should state exactly this
