Charged twice for same UNNECESSARY service

On the 27th of January2015 i went to Dr Engels for a checkup. Thought i was going to get some Vitamin Tablets and be gone. Instead he sent me for All kinds of tests billing my Medical Aid R2700. All the tests showed im 100% healthy...He then told me to come back in 2 days time to collect my blood test results...(HE TOLD ME I WONT BE CHARGED AGAIN)<br> <br> I went back on the 29th only to be billed AGAIN for a normal visit. a Visit that lasted less than 2 minutes.<br> <br> FYI, after all the tests i received Vitamin D tablets... Over R3000 later. Thanks Dr Ryno Engels...
