Charged R370 to renew a script without seeing a Dr.

How crazy is Medicross Boksburg!! I phoned to renew my script for contraception without a consultation (why do i need to see the Dr for a new script??) and i was charged for the script and a consultation fee to the value of R370!! Yes, billed to my medical aid but thats my savings and i wasnt even informed i would be charged for a consultation. If i knew then i would go for a casual check up then to make it worth my time and money. To renew a script should be atleast R150. Takes the Dr. 2min to write a script.

Seriously not impressed. They wont be seeing me again!
