Cancelling appointments without notice

I booked a dental check up for myself and my son for Saturday, 7th just to arrive there to be told the appointment has been cancelled. We made the appointment long in advance due to the availabilty on Saturdays, and my son had to miss an important cricket match to be there.<br> <br> To top this, its now been the SECOND TIME this has happened and I have decided that we will no longer support these Dentists just because of the lack of of customer service from their admin staff.<br> <br> Wake up, you are loosing clients!
