Brilliance - Acceptable - And the way down...

I feel so sorry for the Doctors and Nurses as they hear complaint after complaint regarding the front desk reception area of Table View. They are trying the best they can to cater for a growing area of population, but the front desk & reception area has queues going out of the door. There are cures for this ineffiency and that is to emply the correct amount of Staff to be able to move the patients through. I watched one man in the queue beginning to lose his temper only to find he should have benn in another facility. What used to be a friendly patient first environment is turning toxic,,,
