BILLED FOR INCOMPETENCE

On 12 April 2015 I went to see a Dr. On the 15th April 2015 I had to go back since I got worse and not better. I have told them that I am NOT going to pay anything for the 12th April 2015 as I got worse and had to go back. I spoke to Poppie now and she said they have to pass it by the Dr, I also told her I will not pay for that. I had to pay for medicine which was useless, and then had to pay for more medicine when I went back. Plus I had to pay the lab for tests that was done. That is all money I can't claim back. Common law states that you only have to pay for QUALITY service, what I received on the 12th April was not quality service. I don't care if it was an after hours call out fee, then they need to make sure that a competent Dr is there to see the patients. This is the second time that I had to go back for something done. First time was with the Dentists there, and then they also bill you. I am not paying for anything that was not done right the first time, it is ridiculous. This is also the umpteenth time I am complaining about Medicross in Boksburg. Netcare should really do something about it.
