Beware of Dentists at MediCross!!!!

Had a dentist appointment with Dr. Pretorius at MediCross Rustenburg on Friday 08/01/2021 for 12:00, something came up and could not make the appointment, I contacted them at 10:47 to inform them and to move the appointment to Monday 11/01/2021 at 12:00. Upon my arrival on 11/01/2020 their receptionist informed me that I need to pay R500.00 for the appointment that was not attended as according to them it was moved 5min before , which was a lie. After a debate with the dentist and receptionist, I left without proceeding with the consultation and anything done. I contacted their HR Manager (Danel) who said that she will see to it and get it sorted. After a while she contacted me back and apologize for the inconvenience and said that they will not charge any fees. Later that afternoon I received emails from my medical aid that they received two invoices from MediCross dentists for the amounts of R2558.53 and R810.01 for procedures that was done on 11/01/2021. I contacted Medicross again, according to them they made a mistake by sending someone else invoices through to my medical aid and that they will rectify it, which still has not been done. I made a appointment again for today with Dr. Bredell at 09:00, when I arrived his receptionist said that he refuses to help me due to the debate with the previous dentist. This is the worst service ever, I have never seen such *********** doctors in my life, they committing ***** on your medical aid and then they refuse to assist you, what principals do they really have ? I would never ever recommend these dentists to anyone!!!! Can't believe how they are still in business, Pathetic if you ask me. Will definitely not leave it here.
