So after I complained about medicross Benoni a manager contacted me on Saterday stating that their service was unacceptable and she would get the head Docktor to contact me immediately that never happend as he had some emergency to attend to but she promised first thing monday morning we will be contacted by them to sort this problem out again it monday now they have not contacted me I did inform her that it was myself my husband and daughter that saw this doctor they could not identified at the medicross in benoni and we are still sick a week later I keep sending these emails or reviews but seems like this is they way medicross in benoni handles customers nothing ever gets sorted out and we still sick
