Bad staff attitude and rudeness.

I was at the Medicross the Berg, at the door as they do the usual screening for Covid 19 no one was there to screen. I did the screening myself by completing the questionnaire and used the thermometer to take my temperature. As I was sitting at the waiting area, I took a first call walked outside just in front of the entrance to respond to my call, i walked back in the waiting area and another call came in, I stood up and walked out to answer my phone back to the front of the entrance again. As I walked right back about 5meters from where I was standing, a guy by the name of Shane Bergman stopped me asking me to sanitize. I asked him how many times must that happen as I was just standing in front of him, do I really need to use the sanitizer. He kept on insisting then "I asked wouldn't he be wasting their sanitizer 'say I walk out more again to answer another call? He just ignored me to insist for me to use sanitizer. I said to him, it really doesn't make sense that everytime I walk right next to them to respond to my call. I could see he was getting irritated, I said to him come I use your sanitizer but stop getting irritated with me as I don't like your attitude already with this. I could see he was getting all upset, I said to him. Where were you in the first place, when I was doing the screening myself at the entrance door that now you want to all of a sudden be excited to tell me I come from SPAR and that I must sanitize. He got all fumed up and I got irritated and asked you seem agitated, as he was walking up to me. I asked so you want to get physical with me? He seemed very upset and I was said to him, if he feels like doing something that he must do it. He kept on claiming he was doing his job.

I have been coming to this medical Centre for over a year now and I have never received such disrespect. So I would like Medicross the Berg to assist me unreserved with handling this utter disrespect and humiliation. As I do not wish to ever experience such an unfortunate experience.

NB: I am not looking for petty or anything more, I am just worried about this kind of an attack by their staff and how just simple questions could not have been answered by an adult instead. I almost got a bunch for not refusing but asking polite questions.
