Bad sevice and apointments

We had an online apointment for Saturday 04 May .....they send us 3 emails to confirm it.But On Saturday the dokter that the apointment was not here they only open at 8 and no apointment were made on Saturdays......We were at Medicross before 7 just to be told by an rude reception that there is no apointment and the dokter will be here after 8
