bad service the berg medicross

One of the other branches where I had just seen the dr did not have stock of the hepatitis b vaccine and I asked if I could go get the vaccination done at ythe berh and get billed via the other practice one bill and they reefused. They said i would have to open a file and see their df and get the vaccine. Meaning 2 drs and 2 bills for one day(all part of the same company. When I went to their office to query the reasoning with them a staff member called the manager on the phone he refused the call as he was off duty and no one else could help
