MEDICROSS GESINE PRETORIA – DR RENE ARNOLD (DENTIST) Today my son Mr Robert James Lombard was humiliated and degraded in front of a full consulting room, and it is NOT ACCFEPTABLE. Mr Robert James Lombard made an appointment a week ago to see Doctor Rene Arnold, Dr Arnold had a week in which she could have phoned Mr Robert James Lombard and told him that she is not willing to help him anymore and ATLEAST GIVE AN EXPLANATION AS WHY SHE REFUSES TO HELP HIM. Instead she though it civil to inform him of her un co-operation to assist him in front of a full audience by asking the receptionist to phone my husband and ask him to phone Mr Robert James Lombard and tell him Dr Arnold will not be help him. At least have the decency to face Mr Robert James Lombard call him into an office and explain your reason for refusing to assist him. What about the oath doctors do: “ I promise that in my relations with patients, colleagues and others I will conduct myself with dignity as becomes a member of an honorable profession. And I further declare that I will be loyal and will endeavor to promote its welfare and maintain its reputation.' I will exercise my profession to the best of my knowledge and ability for the safety and welfare of all persons entrusted to my care and for the health and well-being of the community. That I will not knowingly or intentionally do anything or administer anything to them to their hurt or prejudice. That I will not permit consideration of religion, nationality, race, politics, or social standing to intervene between my duty and my patient”
