Bad Service / Lack Of Interest

My 5 year old son got injured at school this afternoon. The swing set crashed into his face, breaking his glasses and cutting his nose open. By the time we got to the school it was already after 17:00. My son's face was swollen and blood smears all over. We immediately drove to Medicross. We got to the Medicross at 17:20, thinking we might still get lucky and get x-rays done Without blinking an eye, the receptionist told me that the doctor wasn't seeing any more patients. I was so shocked. How can this be possible? He is there until 18:00 ? The waiting area was empty. We sat there till 17:45 and only two people walked out. How can a medical establishment that is open until 18:00 refuse a CHILD medical assistance. It would have taken 5 mins of their time to assess my child. Why are there people working in the medical profession, if they are not interested in their jobs. Medicross is running out of good doctors and presentable staff. This is not the first time we've had problems with them Files go missing on a regular basis, and when that happens, the admin staff seem very confused as to why they need to find them. Time for an upgrade Medicross. Your service sucks!
