bad response

Went to medicross edenvale requested to see a lady doctor. Filled in all documents and waited for one and a half hours just to see her. After waiting that long period was called by a man doctor. When asked the reception why she phoned the lady lady and asked the lady doctor responded that she is busy and cannot see me the patient. They could have notified earlier as there was a reason to see a lady doctor. To late now to go see another doctor all doctors closed.
