Bad front desk service Medicross Benoni

I mafe an appointment friday morning the 16th of march 2018 for 10:15 with Dr Goosen I waited in the que until it went open then I went forward the lday infront told me she was still busy with someone there was no one besides me then another lady come to the front calling next as I was first there I went to her she refused to help me an insisted that I go stand back at the que where I told her I will not go back at the que as I was first in the que I am very dissapointed at the service I recieved and I ended up not going to my appointment due to very bad front dest service.
