Bad customer service

<p>Phoned today to see if I could change my appointment time at Medicrosss Randburg, when the guy at reception told me that the dentist would not be in that day so he can't reschedule my apportionment for another time that day...mmm, when were they going to inform me not to come that day for my appointment which is less than a week away? Very poor service indeed. Since then been trying to phone to make an appointment for another day but no answer. If I did not love the dentist I would surely never go back. </p>
