I have been using Medicross for many years, we love the online system and Dr ..but the staff expecially the reception by all departments expecially when calling to make an appointment are so very rude, they always make you feel like its an effort to help and they speak too you just like they want to..we just called my husband and I trying with the reception to decided on appointment time and she says in such a tone after only being on the line shortly "clicking her tongue, call me back when you guys know want rather, .. all we were doing was trying to confirm availability.. Its like this with all the receptions. They make you feel unwelcome and its an effort to help.

I am going to start make a effort to take down the names , because I know of many friends that feel the same way.
