Bad attitude and not respecting clieants

I would like to lay a complaint regarding one of your dentist Dr Peter van Denbergh<br> I had an appointment at 11: 30 of-which I made that appointment on Tuesday , I was a little bit early I was there at :11 : 10 to be precisely.<br> At that time I went to the front desk the dr was there talking to Mr Juan Bothman. The other lady from the front line as well informed the dentist that I'm there to see him.<br> The left the front desk to his room I assume, as I have mentioned I knew I was early waited till 11:30 for my appointment. At 11H35 I went to the front desk to ask bebacuse is 5 minutes late <br> The lady at front desk called his room I think he was not picking up the phone she went and check and she said he is not picking up his cell as well. At 11:40 I told the lady I'm leaving. She asked Mr. Bothman has he seen the Dr. he said no. I was told he is not around. ?'m very much disappointed with service we are receiving. Two weeks ago I was there I saw Dr L van Deventer who did filing on my tooth a little peace came out since my visit for today. Please note that I will still escalate the matter. This is not the first time I'm complaining about the service in that medical centre. we pay .
