Bad After Service Medicross Tokai

I went to Medicross Tokai and had great service when I was there, But the after service is non existing. I had bloodwork's done and the doctor was supposed to phone me with the results. after numerous messages I am still waiting for the doctor to phone me to find out what is wrong, its been 3 days now and counting. This is just the worst after care service ever
