Awful service at Medicross Potchefstroom Dental Centre.

I phoned to make a dental appointment at Medicross Potchefstroom Dental Centre. The receptionist was extremely rude and could not care less about me or my needs. I was still on the phone whilst she talked about me to her colleague and laughed at me. I do not understand why she is so rude as it is her job to make appointments and help people.
