Admin costing me R600 specialist/incopmpetence

Medicross failing to fill in referral form that was stated URGENT and calls started Wednesday morning the 18th Febuary, refusal to to get the GP to write down what i told, have proof of corrospondabe with Monica who apparently was supposed to hand these kind of matter over to the practice manager that instance, he has admitted that is should have been handed to him, i want some one liable for this specialist bill, after correspondence i emailed Monica 17:02 the 18th and then no reply or mail back i called again the 19th 1:30 and she was in a meeting and the gp had left for the day, got a call then after waiting from 1:30 at just before 4pm the day from practice manager and by that time 24 hours had lapsed to cancel specialist appointment so i am liable, was there at the practice today 8am and they completed the form and my medical aid refused to grant urgent auth as the plan doesn't allow this, IMCOMPATENCE FROM STAFF HAS NOW MADE ME HAVE A BILL OF +- R600 wether i attend the specialist appointment for my special needs so which has VSD/Hirschsprungs disease and needs to see his Paediatrican for other medical worries pertaining to these diseases.Some one has to claim liability!!!!!
