Account handed over without notification of outstanding balance

I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID!!!! I have been handed over by Medicross Edenvale without ever being sent a statement!!!! None of my details have changed in five years and the amount owing was apparently incurred in 2019! No phone calls or statements sent until the handover! You can be 100% I will not pay for your accounts department being too lazy or non-existent/claiming it's COVID's fault to contact those who owe you money! I will NEVER, even if the situation is life-threatening, make use of this or any linked facilities EVER again. Unacceptable. For a Stupid amount of R1800-00!!! This could have been sorted ages ago but instead your laziness proceeds you and after reading the other complaints on this site, I am lucky that I have never returned to this illogical and lazy establishment!
