Absurd

Good day, I am absolutely disgusted in your service. I wanted to test my blood pressure but was told that the nurses can’t test it without me having a file. I did have a file at this specific branch but they couldn’t find it. Then they said I must open a file first, see a doctor and only then my Blood pressure could be taken. I find this outrageous, to request that someone pays a consultation for a doctor to to get a blood pressure reading (which uses no consumables like testing strips etc). I don’t have a medical aid and the medicross is walking distance from my office. I don’t mind paying for a blood pressure reading but to pay R500+ rand just to get my blood pressure tested is absurd
