DUPLICATE CLAIMS FROM PATIENT AND MEDICAL AID

MEDICROSS PRETORIA WEST (DR HM JANSE VUUREN & ASSOCIATES) They requested an upfront payment, however two days later it came to my attention that a claim was also submitted and fully paid by the medical aid. I then contacted them 4 days after my Doctors visit and 2 days later after the medical aid has settled the claim: • I was told that the payment has does not appeared on the system. • Called two weeks later and I was told that they are waiting for the head office to send them the refund form. • 1 month later I receive an email with an attachment which was the form, populated the required information, signed, and sent it back with in an hour, • Called a week later after my e-mail to follow up as I did not even receive an acknowledgement e-mail. with I have never received a straight answer as I am always, they will follow-up with the refund office and call me back, two months later no one has called, and the funds have not been paid.
