No communication

I received an email on the 02 November 2023 informing me that I have an outstanding balance. I contacted the accounts dept and was told that they will look into the matter and phone me back. To date nobody has come back to me . On the 7 Des 2023 I phone again and had to explain the whole situation again . I demanded to speak to the practice manager . I was put through to Courtney . Again I explained the situation . She then emailed her superior and said that she will contact me back on the 08 Des 2023 with answers . As I'm writing I have had no contact from anybody . I have also since received an email from Saya recoveries "To avoid further legal action I need to pay "
