Medicross Dental Benoni
For the past 5 years I've been going to Medicross Benoni Dental and EVERY time extra authorization is needed there is a problem from their side. I have realized that nursing/administration staff are ***********. EVERY time they cannot get their ICD10 codes correct. Then it is a matter of playing middle man between them and the medical aid as they refuse to contact the medical aid themselves. Very very disappointed in the lack of service.

Charging ridiculous fees for scripts
Wow I am so so disappointed, I saw a GP at Medicross Benoni, paid for what I needed and received a script, I now just need a repeat of that script and im being charged for another consult and 300 rand for the new script, Medicross is siphoning money from their pateints, my specialists merely require me to email them and they send me back my next script, this is the most disgusting process
