Medicross Edenvale
I went to Medicross on or around 24 July as I was told that the doctors there are good so thought I would try it out. I saw a doctor and told him my symptoms, he took a urine sample and a short while later called me into his rooms and told me I had a bladder infection for which he gave me something, but did not treat the actual problem that I went in for. No examination nothing but just to pay a fortune to be told what I already knew. I completed the survey and to date, nothing has been addressed regarding my complaint. I feel that this is very bad service and trust me, I do not think they will be seeing me or my family again. The last message was from the Customer Service Call Centre Manager to Medicross Edenvale but still nothing. I feel that this need to be addressed and please I do not want an apology as that will not give me back the money that I wasted to get the results that I knew. Looking forward to the outcome.

Medicross Edenvale - Nightmare dentist, give him 5 years, and he'll make sure you have no teeth left.
The perfect place if you want all your teeth gone! Been going to this practice for the last 5 years...needles to say, after so many bad diagnosis, false promises and most of all a lack of professionalism. Some heavy chemical liquid was spilled down my throught, I almost passed out, and no real apology or concern was shown. After my last visit I was told that nothing more can be done and implants are my only option. So now my medical aid is used up, and they just L just don't care. How can you charge clients for a procedure that was not successful.... My teeth was fine for many years, but the dentist's incompetency, lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism, lead to me now having permanent isuues. He had only one glove, not even a spare box of gloves to seen.... And there he sat like a hobo with one sock on .Ive never met someone that's so unorganized, got no pride in his work, and he is very happy that I don't come back, because even he knows that he can fix 5 years of neglecting a patient and destroying their smile forever! Just know, that for everyday that you pretend to help people, your patchy jobs creates bigger issues.. But you don't care, just another fat paycheck for an amature! But like the saying goes: " Don't let your tongue and actions be the reason you loose your teeth". Medicross will anyway just ignore this post, because we are just sheep to them. And to prove this, they won't even reply or try to rectify the damaged.
