Unauthorised Debit order

A company called Altech Tel : (011) ********** was debiting my ABSA account for the benefit of a company called Medi Cover Tel: (021) ********** for the medical aid that i have never app****. I went to ABSA bank in Tokai and they follow up with the above mentioned companies, I spoke to the lady from Medi Cover and she insist that i have app**** for the medical aid through their agent in Retreat area . I told her i did not apply for any medical aid, i can't afford to have a medical aid but she still insist that i have app**** through the agent. I asked her my personal details on their system but she did not have anything. If i have app**** she should have given me the details on their system to prove that i have app****. She then asked for my details and i gave her my name and cell phone number but i reallised later that i made a mistake to give them my details. I thought she wanted to refund the money they took from account without permission,. Unfortunately she said she can only stop the debit order but she can't refund my money. I was shocked that i'm not getting back my money. The worse part of it i decided not put money in that account and they have beed trying to debit my account several times and ABSA was charging me R50 for unsuccessful unauthorised debit oder. Pleaase beware of this company Medicover (021) ********** i cant find them on the internet i don't know if it's a legitimate company.
