Medicnow:***** and ******ion

On the 17 March 2023 I was approached Medicnow marketing staff. I was told that I was a winner of an umbrella and a T-shirt for being a loyal customer of Capitec Bank. I was asked to verify my acc no and asked to enter my pin. I saw the figures of 225 on the handheld card machine and asked what it was. I was told that is my bonus points collected so far on my account. I asked why is the amount the same as the premium fee for Medicnow and the reply was again bonus points. I went immediately to Capitec and discovered that I signed for a debit order. This is ***** and ******ion. I phoned their office to complain and spoke to a Bagetta? And she told me that she will cancel the debit order. I reported this to the SAPS and hopefully this company will be charged with *****.
