Medicnow is a ****

I've met 2 young people selling products for MedicNow names are Thato Thulo and Stolie Mvala who were sent on the streets to sell and promote MedicNow product, I am so disappointed that those guys were not informed enough withe the product they were selling, they gave me a number to call which is an 021 number and already this people I gave them my information to get a call from a more informed person, all of a sudden I check my bank app and even the debit order is approved but I didn't even get the form or nothing for that matter that shows which product I want or whatsoever, this guys are ****s and force thing to people without even understanding what customers needs, all they want is their debit orders get approved even without people's consents, I spoke to a lady on 021 they gave me, the lady was rude and unprofesional so this people don't know a thing about customer service, they **** people and are selling a ******* of a product
