Complaint - ********** transaction on my account

I received a ********** debit order on my Capitec account (NB Sithole)from Medicnow. When I called Medicnow to dispute it and have the DO reversed I was told reversal is not possible even though they were not able to provide proof that I had authorised the transaction. The lady I spoke to at accounts department ***) was very rude and hung up on me twice and was unwilling to listen to me to resolve my issue. I find this behaviour very appalling and a bad reflection on the company itself.
