Medicare Husteds Pharmacy dont care about customers!!

I ordered at this pharmacy(husteds) via UberEATS as they were registered there to provide essential services. I ordered Nan 1 milk for my baby and it wasn't the first time I order from them nor the first time they have gotten my order wrong without communicating with me either via the phone or through the app itself. I have had way too many issues when it came to orders with this vendor and them always getting orders wrong and never being decent enough to actually call me as the customer and let me know about the unavailable products. In this instance someone else received the order for me and I did not see that it was incorrect but I could not return it as it is baby's milk formula and my baby needed formula and couldn't go without. I ordered NAN 1 and they sent me Nestle Lactogen - for a pharmacy they should have known that babies don't just take any type of milk and I ordered what I ordered for good reason. This is not even about a refund but about the blatant disregard of this pharmacy for the health of their consumers, and because of their nonchalant behaviour, I have now spent more money tending to an unwell baby and not to mention the stress as well the pain my baby has from constipation because they sent me the wrong product. I am saddened by their service and rightfully upset as it has affected my family in a profusely negative way.
